Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that timely and transparent communication is important, which is why our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be simple, fair, and easy to understand. Our goal is to ensure clarity for our clients regarding payment terms, cancellations, and refunds, while also reflecting the non-recoverable costs involved in government certification processes. This policy helps maintain a professional and trustworthy relationship with our clients while protecting both parties’ interests.

1. Refunds

At SS Global Services, refunds are only available if the service request is canceled before we begin working on your product certification. Once the certification process has started, including any payments made to government authorities, payments become non-refundable, as government fees are non-recoverable and work on the certification is already in progress.

2. Cancellations

Clients may request cancellations by sending an email to info@ssglobalservices.in prior to the commencement of the certification process. Once submissions have been made to the relevant authorities, cancellations cannot be accepted.

3. Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted online payment gateway. SS Global Services does not store or have direct access to your card or bank details, ensuring that your financial information remains fully protected.
